Ingredients:
½ teacup Curd.
2 teaspoon Besan
1 teacup water
2 to 3 curry leaves
1 to 2 cloves
1 teaspoon jeera seeds
a pinch of asafoedia (hing)
2 green chilly
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste

Method
Take a bowl put curd, besan and water and blend it.
Heat oil in a pan; put jeera, curry leaves, pinch of asafoedia,
cloves and one finely chopped green chilly.
Then add the blended mixture, sugar and salt and cook it for 5
minutes.
Garnish it with green chilly.
Serve hot with rice.
